Need help on a song

I hear it in the clubs all the time and heard it on Hot 97 on the way home the other day.

The words I remember are:

"if you have a 100 dollar bill, put your hands up. if you have a 50 dollar bill, put your hands up, if you have a 20 dollar bill, put your hands up, if you have a 10 dollar bill, put your hands up...etc"

And I also remember these words too "Engine engine number 9, pick it up, pick it up pick it up!!"

Any clues?

I know it ... have to check my cd collection... it is kind of old though NJ clubs must suck if they still play that stuff.

LOL, they play it occasionally and it's mixed in with I believe Ludacris.
