Need help on a first time cycle!!!!!!!!!

Hey, guys...I need some feedback here. I'm 6'2", 230, actively working out hard and watching my diet. I'm still a bit pudgy in the gut, however. I'm interested in taking a cycle or gear to get my body kick started in the right direction. I'm looking to lose bodyfat, while bulking up with lean mass. My friend suggests that for a first cycle I use Super test 250 only....any comments? What do you guys think might be a better choice for a gear "virgin" like myself? Any info would be loved! Thanks!
 
Well first of all, do not mix bulking and cutting.

Sounds to me like you need to concentrate on cutting and after you have reached you goals cutting. Then the next cycle you can bulk up.

As far as super test. If it is multi-esther I would stay away from it.

Try this

Test enth or cyp at 500 mg to 750 mg per week divided into 2 doses weeks 1 - 12

Eq at 500 mg per week divided with your test weeks 1-10.

winny weeks at 50 mg per day weeks 4-12.

Alternate ECA stack and clen every 2 weeks

arimidex at .25 - .5 mg per day

clomid 10 days after you last shot of test at 100 mg a day for a week and then drop it to 50 mg.

You could add anavar at 50 per day with the winny but that is 2 17aa so you might not want to be so drastic OR you can substitute the winny for anavar.

Best pice of advice you can get is this. Human physiology just doesn't work that way. You need to decide whether you want more muscle mass or to loose body fat. If you want more muscle mass you're going to have to forget about dropping pounds of fat for now. If you want to cut, then you're going to have to forget about adding pounds of muscle mass. Time the reevaluate your priorities.
 
sounds like you want to cut. if so, a very easy cycle would be

winny 50mgs ED
fina 75mgs ED

with this cycle you will add some size, but you will get very strong and be alble to shed fat with good diet and cardio.
