Need help injst. test prop.

I have brovel test 50 prop. 50mg/ml. i need to inject 100mg everyother day, and i cant inject into my ass, i use it for the t-400, which does hurt like a fucker.
So where would the next least painful spot be to do these injections. i have done sus250 in my legs before, and it gave me a bad limp, am I in for the same thing with the prop.

how many ml can i inject in my shoulders, bi's and tri's.does 2mls of prop hurt much worse then 1ml.
