Need Help Have Questions Basic Stuff cycle, convertion, etc

Ok guys I am about to start a cycle

I am getting all I need for it in a week and I just have some basic questions about it. Does deca come in larger vials and if it doesnt and 200mg is the largest, what is the converstion of mg to ml because the ones i have seen look. Also could you take creatine while on a cycle? im more confused on the cycle and how mg and ml work with cc and stuff.

I will try to help you with what NOT to do. Do NOT run D-bol for 9 weeks. Do NOT wait until PCT to run your HCG. Not to be a prick but that cycle in your link has DISASTER written all over it.

How many cycles have you done before this attempt? Age? Diet? Training experience? Post these things up so we can better help you.

Once we know more about you and your experience it will be much easier to help.
 
this will be my first cycle my age is 20 and my diet is good i was a track star high school and not do mixed martial arts and could you explain a little bit more are you saying this cycle is not good?
 
We don't need to be giving steroid and cycle advice to anyone under 21 bro.

Give us your stats, training history, and diet example, and we'll go from there.

Make sure you wait to order, because it honestly sounds like you dont have a clue what you're doing.

We cannot help with cycle advise now other than to wait a few years.
A solid diet and training regimend is all you need right now.

ill be 21 in a couple months so it really doesnt matter i have been looking at this stuff for a while and most of my friends do use it in there training so i am hoping to clear some of this stuff up before i go on "vacation" from texas.
 
my diet is already straight i do about 3 shakes a day from using realgains and i have been using various supplements. I get everything i need to take in everyday but am now try to take a different tatic.
 
It does matter bro! If you have been researching then why go 9 weeks with dbol?
We are here to help you out so you don't make mistakes your friend coula have made.

If you do run those compounds the way they are listed you are asking for MAJOR trouble. To each their own.

Just because you have the stuff, it doesn't mean you know how to use it.
 
im 6' 3'' weight 166 my bf im petty sure is 10% and how can i alter this cycle because im about 97% positive i will be doing something within a week
 
and as for my pct for this cycle im not to sure was going to ask on that too. but is this way to much
 
i just meant that you are 97% sure that you will start a cycle within a week, but are still asking how to set up a cycle and how to implement an effective pct. also, 166 at 6' 3", you have got soooo much growing still to do, do steroids now and you'll be cheating yourself out of incredible gains you could see after waiting two years, eating big and lifting bigger and packing on a bit of mass first.

all this is very true, but i can see how people get tempted, the guy down the gym tells you how all the stuff in the papers is all wrong, they're not dangerous, you'll never get proper big without them etc etc basically whatever he can do to make you think all you need is to take steroids (at which point he offers to sell you some)

DO NOT use steroids yet.

You have no business juicing. I know what someone at 6'3, 166lbs looks like, and you've got a long way to go before you start juice. You need to build SOME kind of base atleast. You need to put on another 20lbs man.

1 year of hardcore training isn't shit. I've been training hardcore for 1/3 of my life, and I'm not too much older than you!

You were a track star in highschool, congrats. With that being considered, I assume youve only been doing strength training for a year or so. If that is the case - theres no way your joints nor your tendons are going to keep up with the strength increase. I personally juiced too early and I'll have joint and tendon problems for the rest of my life.

Fucking listen to us. You came here for advice, yet you're not going to listen to us because it isn't what you wanna hear?

And you kids wonder why we think you have no business juicing....

dude i did track my whole life up to a year and a half ago your telling me there is nothin i can do besides waiting im not lookin for huge mass but more added lean muslce i have a very fast metabolism im just looking for some alternate besides the eat a shit load which i already do and work out which i already do and ive have been using so many supplements its crazy

no, there is something you can do besides waitng, get your lazy arse in the gym start LIFTING. learn how to eat properly. taking steroids are not the only way to have a muscular body, they should be used to further enhance an already well trained physique
 
true a havent done much harcore training just track training so i need to eat a hell alot more and put on more weight and more hardcore training is that right

trust me, people here aren't just having a pop at you for the sake of it, they are telling you these things to prevent you harming yourself.
 
so steroids is out then back to my basic drive which is to add more lean muscle to me and your telling me there is no steroid i should take and i am a very athletic person its not about being lazy its just hard to get weight on when i can eat everything i need to do it and still nothing.
 
Was in the same boat as you ...

First cycle ever was anavar by itself.

I gained about 14 pounds on that. Kept about 8-10lbs.

Your first cycle may be too much if you're going with that.

If you're going to do it anyway, which you probably will, start with something like var alone or t-bol. Maybe primo at 300-400mgs/week. What you have on that link scares me.

Psot up your diet bro we can help you with that. I doubt you're eating as much as you think you are, given your stats.

If you are not looking for huge mass then some changes in your diet and training should give you the added lean muscle you desire... in time. I trained 6 days a week for 10 years before I touched juice... and I fucked around with weights for 3 or 4 years before those 10. Maybe I waited too long but I'm glad I didn't do it too soon.

I think you should juice when you are 225lbs. or 25 years old. Which ever comes first.

Track training is exactly the opposite of what most of us do here. This is bodybuilding and you need to take an entirely different approach to the training. Consume as much food as you can, preferably clean food. Not too much sugar. Start eating atleast 8 meals a day. I consume 5000 cals + when on diet and you need to start shooting for that. Start writing EVERYTHING you eat down. EVERYTHING matters. And DONT get all your calories from shakes. If you ever get hungry....you've waited too long to eat.

Burn as few calories as possible. Stop all you're cardio except for maybe once a week or so.

This is a marathon, not a 100yrd dash bro.

Put on atleast another 20lbs before you juice. Make sure you stick around this forum and learn everything you can.

I really hope you listen to us man.

thanks guys this is really helping i dont know if im going to juice right away but i am still going to get some maybe not use it though but its kinda frustrating when you take in 4000 calories and dont see any results i have been doing basic training chest arms neglect my legs cuz shit really dont need to nor want. I just got started with a trainer at my gym hopefully with all this added it should help.

this mate is where you're going wrong. training legs is vital for all over body growth-by doing compound movements such as squats and deadlifts, you will be increasing your bodies production of testosterone and gh, these exercises use the largets muscle groups in your body and will cause all over muscle growth. the short of it-dont train legs and your upper body will never get that developed
 
I'm glad your reconsidering this. What do you eat everyday? list it out for us. that could show something.
I was 6'2'' at 170 when I went into college.. at 22 I was 225 before my first cycle. there IS a great possibility you can do this. like west said ( I think west!) do legs/ strength. squats and deadlifts, yes they suck! but when you get into them you will grow all over. Now I love deadlifts and it's my best movement. Limit cardio. I was a track guy too, so I know where you are coming from!
diet; chicken steak/beef/buffalo, eggs, oatmeal, brown rice, greens/veggies, efa's olive oil, natty peanut butter fish oil, cheese ( I f'n love cheese) cottage cheese, fish, etc.
