Need help getting rid of bitch tits...

I'm just learning about this whole gyno thing in the past few days since I started visiting this board. The thing is, I don't think that's the problem as I have never taken any type of supplement and have had them since grammar school. I'm pretty sure it's just fat, it's just kind of weird because they're pretty unproportional (I've got a high body fat %, but I'm more of an old baseball player kind of fat rather than the kids pointing and laughing kind of fat). I've been reading a lot about anti estrogens and progesterone and all that crap, and I have no clue what will help me out. I've started doing a lot of push ups and I was thinking about taking Xenadrine, but I want to get everyone else's advice on the best and quickest way to do this. I was also looking at Chrysin Deluxe and/ or Flax see oil that's sold on this site. Does that sound like a good combo? Also, surgery is not an option as I am quite broke.
 
I had naturally occuring gyno since I was a kid (until I had surgery about 3 years ago) and they said there wasn't any way to get rid of it other than surgery.

If it is just fat, diet and workout will get rid of it... my roommate had tits that were fat.

I looked into it a little bit and I might have gyno. I read that a lot of people had some harder tissue develop behind there nipples and I vaguely remember that happening a good while back. The thing is I can't feel any now, just loose fat. Is there any way to find out if I have it or any websites with good info? And what are the chances of insurance covering it? I'd still like any info on supplements to help speed up getting rid of them assuming I don't have gyno. Thanks.
 
Get your

test levels checked. Estrogenic type fat deposits can be an indicator of low test or the conversion of test to estrogen, other indicators are lean arms legs and buttocks but excess fatty tissue in the love handles and belly and chest area. I have a similar situation and test has taken 3 inches off my waist alond with high protien low carb moderate fat diet AND LIFTING 5 DAYS A WEEK, NO CARDIO SO FAR.
Do yourself a favor get those levels checked from an endocrinologist, B4 you ever start gear. And gear will not magically melt fat away, read some posts on diet types and workouts using the search function. Be well informed it is in your best intrest.

i was also born with it very mildly.. Since my pec's have been getting bigger it's not really noticeable.. Also iv heard people use Flax oil when there not on gear.. later
