I am in the process of coming back from some injuries and time away from the gym. I have been back in for about a year now and trying to get ready for summer. So here it goes:
Current cycle
Sust 750 per week
Tren enanth 400 per week
Clen 100mgs Ed
Adex 1mg eod
Take t3 and oxy elite fat burner as well

5'9

Workouts
Train 6 days a week high rep intensity workouts
Card 30mins a day (will increase to 45 next week)
Goals
Not to worried about weight more concerned with fat loss. Can anyone recommend a strict diet to help me shred fat to hopefully get down to about 12-14% in the next few months
Can't figure how to up load pics but here are my measurements, most fat in my stomach area

Arms 20 flexed
Stomach at belly button 41
