Need Help from Mods

Okay, I didn't know where to post this question but I guess here is as good as anywhere. Yesterday my buddy used my CPU and logged into EliteFitness, it told him his account was on hold and he has to upgrade to Platinum. He isnt going to. Now I cannot log into Elitefitness on my CPU because his Screen Name is cookied as being on. Anytime I try and sign onto EliteFitness is posts up his "account is on hold message".. I am using a different CPU right now, but i would like to use my own. Is there anything I can do?

I must be retarded, but I don't see a "log out" button. Is there any way to get to a "Log Out" option, because His Account hold message is the only thing that keeps popping up?

you can always clear out your temp internet files on your computer or clear your cookies. This should clear that out. good luck.
