Okay bro's, I need your help on this one pretty bad. I spoke with modeling agent today and she wants me to come up and meet with her ASAP. She wants to see about using me in a fitness expo coming up in November. I told her I needed 8 weeks to get in tip top form. So, I have 8 weeks to get the abs shining really good. I just came off of test 750 wk and eq 600 wk. My last shot was last Wednesday. I am on a low carb, moderate fat and high protien diet. I know that diet and cardio are the 2 major things, but is there anything I could take to aid in ripping up more. I really dont need to lose any weight. I am about 6% but my lower abs are not popping out yet. They are starting too, just not 100% yet. What if anything, can I do to help myself? Thanks and lot's of Karma for those who contribute.
