Need help for first timer

Hi Guy., I really need some advice. I am 44 years olds and been working out for 25 years. I have some good size for being clean and I know what to eat and workout 4 days a week. I recently have gone through a rough divorce and loss about 25 lbs. I am right now at 170lbs. I lost some fat but a lot of muscle. I now have my head out of my ass but finding it hard to gain my size back. I have never tried any type of steroids. A friend I work out with gave me some stuff he has been taking. First is TESTON QV 200 and he said to take 1ml per week for 10 week along with a half of a OXIVET QV tablet. Now I would like to get my size back but is this right combination for a beginner? Also my hair is starting to thin out on the top do to my age. I would like to keep as much as I can and from what I read the Anadrol will make it fall out faster. Any help will be appreciated.
 
First of all you need to learn to eat, if you cannot do that then you won't hang on to any gains.

200 mg week isn't much but if its what you have then bust your butt in the gym.
You will need some nova on hand and don't forget about PCT.
But remember diet accounts to 90% of the equasion.

Radar is right on the money. Get your diet back in check to 100%. Bust your ass in the gym. Then when you get stuck you can start. Spend some time looking at posts. You will learn a lot.
I would not touch anadrol ever. Thats me though.
Take some time to learn about pct... get it in place before you start too!

most say test only first... I went with 250 of test e qv and am almost done with 10 wks... Had nice gains, but if I was u, I'd get one more of those 200's and make it 400 a week. Lose the tabs for now, research hcg and nolva, and bust ass. good luck.
 
Bro,just avoid anadrol... if you want to use any steroid,anyway... testosterone is maybe the best thing for you...
 
Yes, research a little before starting up on AS. Even tho Im 22, I have done plenty of research (year and a half) to know what im putting in my body. I makes me more secure to know what to do when certain problems arise. Just a question, how many calories are you taking in per day? Muscle does have memory, so if you lost a bunch you should be able to gain back a lot before using AS.
Sorry about your problems.. thats why we have the gym!
