I just received my r-ala. My question is when do you take it before are after carb meals. I was debating on which I should take r-ala and ala I went with r-ala after reading Fonz's thread. I got the r-ala from af and not sure how much to take at each carb meal. Here is my Meal plan:

1. Meal: 2 cups of Oatmeal, cottage cheese
2. Meal: Chicken, steak, or fish, veggies
3. Meal: Peanut butter, Protein bar or Protein shake
4. Meal: 2 cans Tuna,
workout
5. Meal: Protein shake, and a carb drink
6. Meal: Chicken, steak, or fish, veggies
Before bed
7. Meal: Protein shake

Should I add any more to the diet
 
take it with your carb meals..

your diet looks pretty low carb, with r-ala you should be able to bump that up a bit. But it is a matter of preference, though you can tweak your diet as you go along to see how you respond to more carbs..

typical ratio is 100mg of r-ala to each 30-40g of carbs
 
btw- r-ala should be taken at the beginning of meal or just prior.. risk of acid reflux is MUCH less than with racemic ala.. only a couple of reports..
 
Should I add more carbs and I will be taking Flax seed oil. If I do need more carbs where should I add them. This is a bulking cycle.
