need help fast bad nose bleed

check BP, tilt head back, pinch nose with gauze, consider neo-synephrine nasal spray, if no relief go to ER.

are you using an anti es as far as stopin the nose bleed when i was younger i would get them bad and what i would do was roll up a wad of toilet paper and wet it then jam it betwen your upper lip and teeth and keep your head back
this is supposed to keep pressure on a vain or somethin (not sure my mom told me this trick and shes a nurse it did help)
also ice held on the top of the nose between the eyes helped me

I was getting nose bleeds for awhile in the beginning of my cycle. Couldnt tell if it was the changing of the weather from a crisp cold to a moist warm air. Check your blood pressure because when you get nose bleeds your body is usually trying to release pressure. Keep an eye on it because there is always a slim chance of getting a stroke or heart attack.

You need to get an ABC drawn and get your platelet count checked. Do you have spots/red/punctate red dots on mucous membranes or anywhere else. Do you have an inherited thrombophilia?

Andarol and check your bp. Do what they said with the ice, tilting head and applying pressure etc. GO TO DOC....if neccesary rush to ER.
