Need help everyone pls respond?

Hi everyone im having a bit of a prob with my diet im new to bodybuilding Im 5/9 240lbs im goin to be doing the max OT 3 day split and about 20-30 mins intence cardio to start a 3300 calorie diet at 40%protein 40%carbs 20% fat but for some reason cant seem to get all of this in could you guy shelp me with some ideas ect this was my diet for the day so far im looking to gain alot of muscle mass and down my body fat % to about 10% (eventualy) here is a pic atached ( as u can see i have alot of work ahead of me )
Meal 1: 2 scoops whey 2 cups milk
total calories:440
Total carbs:34g
Total fat:5g
Total Protein:56g

Meal 2: cinimon rasain begal with 4 tblspoons light cream chease and a protein shake 2 scoops 1 cup skim milk

1/2 cup oats 1 cup milk 1 scoop protein

Meal 4: one 8 oz chicken breast 1 cup of lowfat yogurt im stuffed and im about to lift in 30 mins or so

Total for the day so far i have 2 meals left to eat

go for whole food, all i see is 3 protein shakes out of 4 meals for protein, try to only get protein from shakes once a day which would be postworkout, other than that go for whole fooooood. also dairy isnt teh best when cutting as all its carbs are sugars, sugars no good when cutting. also the cinnamon raisan bread=white bread is high gi= white bread is processed= no good, if u want bread go for whole wheat or multigrain. and 4 tbsp cream cheese, 18 grams of fat from cream cheese that is no good, if u want to eat a good tasting food for fat and something that u can put on bread or like a wehat bagel have 2 tbsp natural peanut butter, this would taste great and has around 16 grams fat and 0 sugars, all good fats too.
 
Youre on the right track, my man! Stick with it, you're off to a great start!

my only advice would be to drop 1 scoop of protein on meal 2... correct me if Im wrong, but I always thought that you can only handle 50g of protein per meal tops.

Where Do I begin with that diet of yours lets see.

Cardio, Go slow stay at 60% of max heartrate, I used to do high intensity but felt like shit when dieting, then I slowed down, and Bam, fat was coming off and I was Happy and full of energy, So shoot for 30-60mins every mourning empty stomach, go slow, Im in good shape but on the life fitness cross trainer I stay at around 75rpms, and usally burn 600cals in 45mins, I know the cals arent accurate but that is to show u a guage.

FOOD

Meal 2 is SO much CRAP, a Rasain Bagel is Horriable, I would have a bowl of oatmeal or a LOW GI carb source. I would also have that before meal 1. SO meal 1 would be a bowl of oatmeal and 2 scoops of protein mixed with water.

Hmmm My ideas are, eat the carbs earlier in the day, Get rid of the statches. I love bagels, I have had one for breakfast everyday for 3 years, but once I stopped it I was doing so much better.

Look up the CRUM diet, IT works real well. AS well, I hope that helps somewhat,

Basiclly I would lower your carbs, up the protein and add some fat. You dont need that many carbs trust me.
