I have been working out for awhile, and I have always been a skinny kid. Now for the first time in my life I need to diet because I have fat on my belly (thats it). I want to drop fast, but want to do it without dnp, etc. I have a hard time eating properly because my metabolism has always been like a furnace. If some of you have the time to give me pointers, ideas or even diets - I would appreciate it very much. Right now I am starving. 
Looking for specific information. I am 6'2" @ 200lbs. Like how many cals a day, what distribution (fats/protein/carbs) and how to make a daily menu out of it. Thanks agian.
