Need help detoxing liver

hey...i need help detoxing my liver, ill try anything. have been off game for about 2-3 months, havnt taken any supplements within the past month....got blood work done pre op for a surgery and my liver count came back high.....can anyone please help me with this as far as what supplements i can take or anything else i can do? thanks

I use Tylers, Milk Thistle and NAC.

Tylers is at the AFStore, the other two are available everywhere.
