I orginally planned to do my first cycle as:
Test E 500mg/wk (1-12)
A-dex 1mg/ED
After this last week in the gym I decided I would rather cut my body fat as low as possible like about 8-10%. I did all my measurements and what not yesterday so here goes.
Ht 5'9"
Wt 217
Bf 16%
Age 22
Diet
Meals 1/2/4
Shake/chicken breast/baked potato/2 egg whites
Meals 3/5
Shake/chicken breast/3 egg whites
Totals
2390 cal/333g protein/169g carbs
My question, finally, is I want to do a cutting cycle but I have a few concerns. This is my first cycle and many say that a person should avoid winny and eq for their first cycles. Is this true and what would you guys recommend for a cutting/first cycle?
Also what is r-ALA or the sup that steelmass what talking about yesterday with regards to ketoisis?
