Need help deciding on a cycle

I orginally planned to do my first cycle as:

Test E 500mg/wk (1-12)
A-dex 1mg/ED

After this last week in the gym I decided I would rather cut my body fat as low as possible like about 8-10%. I did all my measurements and what not yesterday so here goes.

Ht 5'9"
Wt 217
Bf 16%
Age 22

Diet

Meals 1/2/4

Shake/chicken breast/baked potato/2 egg whites

Meals 3/5

Shake/chicken breast/3 egg whites

Totals

2390 cal/333g protein/169g carbs

My question, finally, is I want to do a cutting cycle but I have a few concerns. This is my first cycle and many say that a person should avoid winny and eq for their first cycles. Is this true and what would you guys recommend for a cutting/first cycle?

Also what is r-ALA or the sup that steelmass what talking about yesterday with regards to ketoisis?

You *can* cut with test, it all depends on diet.... I'm no expert on diet, so I'll defer to others with more knowledge.... you should definitely include some vegetables in there.... have sweet potates instead of regular potatoes...oatmeal in the AM.... If you're trying to cut, I'd stick to having those complex carbs for breakfast and simple carbs right after your workout... make sure you're taking a good multi-vitamin as well... drink lots of water.... r-ALA helps shuttle carbs better into muscle cells, thereby reducing the liklihood of being stored as fat...a good addition to your regimen... maybe try some good thermogenics (trex, EC, etc.).....I'm assuming you're getting lots of cardio in there too... good luck!
 
I have a good amount of cardio, those are sweet potatoes and I'm on a clen cycle right now and have ephrine for my off cycle. I've read of ppl cutting with test but its all been mixed results. Also I have a good multi-vitamin and if I cheat it's usually a small salad about once every 3 days. Thanks for the info....anyone else?

all cycles should have some test in them bro, you can cut on 2 grams a week if you know what you are doing......also a cheat meal for you is a salad???/WTF????

it works, sometimes my friends get me to go to chinese but not often.

Everything looks good as far as your first cycle goes. You can add winny as follows:
week 7 - 12 Winny 50 mg ED

AS far as diet keep protein intake high and fats and carbs low.

no flaming you, but how do you call a salad a cheat meal? thats not even a meal bro.....if a salad is your cheat meal, what is your normal meals? water??

Just what I do. Not to mention, it helps fight off the guilty feeling afterwards.

LOL.....well bro, a salad is just a salad, it has virtually no calories in it and is NOT a cheat meal.........a cheat meal is pizza, chinese, pasta....etc......a salad is nothing more than water, maybe a bit of cheese, and some salad dressing!!


i just think its funny you call a cheat meal eating a salad three times per week.......

Injecting winny will help in more stable blood levels. But the difference is not that pronounced if you drink it or intake the tablets.
