Got a friend who has a competition in June. He is an experienced juicer and has competed a coulple of times. His stats are 5"6" and 217 lbs right now and body fat is probably 10%, so he has pretty good size. He has never really had a good cycle, just kinda throws shit together but has good genetics.
I have propsed that he do 2 - 10 week cycles with a 4 week break in between the 2. This will put him up to the week of the competition. The first 10 weeks he will put on size. The 4 week break he will do a 14 day DNP cycle. The last 10 weeks he will be cutting.
Now here is what I need.. Without including Growth or insulin (AAS only). Give me the craziest (best) 10 week bulking cycle and then the best 10 week cutting cycle. No restrictions - Just let me hear it.
