Need help building next cutting cycle.

I have 3 cycles under me.

1. Deca 400mg wk Sust 500mg wk 1-10
2. EQ 400mg wk Sust 500mg wk 1-10
3. dbol 35mg ed 1-3 Sust 500mg wk 1-10 Fina 75mg ed 7-13

6' 1" 235 16-18% BF.

I want to get down to 12-14%Bf and harden up alot

Here is what I want to run but not sure about the dosages.

primo
anavar
tren
t3 cynomel

Would it be a good idea to add prop in there also @50mg day? I think test bloats me to much but If i decide to run it I will get Liquidex.

Also Was thinking about winny but im afraid it will dry my joints up to much.

Ive always been more into the bodybuilding thing but I have some good strenth so ive been joining powerlifting meets 2x a year so I would like to run gear that is good for strenth and time it just right for next meet the first week of july.

I have plenty of time for cardio and diet but want to run a good cycle to help me reach my goals.
 
You don't need any fancy anavar or Primo.

Tren is the best thing to use.

What you are going to have to do is simple...drop your calories to a very low level and add an anticatabolic drug to hold off muscle loss.

My suggestion is 75mg of tren ED with 12.5mcg of T3 ED

If 75mg of tren is not enough gear, add 50mg of prop and 0.5mg of liquidex ED
 
I just see alot of people talking up anavar for strenth but my oh my between the var and primo that will put a nice size dent in my wallet. :) . My last cycle was by far the best and it was due to the fina. I really loved that stuff. Im definitly going add something to it though.

Im new to all this diet stuff but I did exactly what you said. Actually I started on Jan 1 by cutting out all junk out of my diet and ive was just eating really clean but for the last 5 days ive dropped my food intake by more than half. I want just enought to maintain the muscle i have. So far my strenth is still there but I feel really shaky when I work out and run out of energy really fast.

AT the end of dec i was 240 and now im about 230 so ive lost good bit of weight already. Ive been doing cardio 2-3x a week. 40min on the treadmill. here is an example of what Ive been eating. This is what I had today

11am 3 packs of instant oatmeal. I know to much sugar
12:30 protien factory MRP shake
1pm table spoon of natural peanut butter
2pm Salad RAW
3pm eas Protien BAR
7pm another MRP shake
9 large strip steak
9:50 another protien shake
10pm another tablespoon of naturalpeanut butter
11:30 bannana
and now im starving but im going to go to bed. lol

I have tons of tuna and chicken breast im going to start killing tommorow.

I used to eat a shitload more than this so this is the hardest thing ive ever done. Ive got it in my head to stick with it.
