Need help bad

Yeah, I had some stuff seized from Taiwan last month. It came in the same box that I normally had sent but it had a letter from homeland security. It said that it had been seized and I would not get it back.I thought that was it. About a week later, I got a letter from customs stating that I had to forfeit the goods permanently or I can write a letter disputing the seizure of the goods(which in the second letter had been broken down and listed in terms of contents). If I dont dispute it, I am under the impression that the stuff is forfeited and that is it. kinda scary but I think it will be ok. Just obviously dont dispute it and NEVER send anything like that there ever again. Good luck bro

What are the chances that someone sent that package to your po box by accident?If they want they can find your "real addy" and search your home. Believe it , it is true! BTW the ups store and formerly the mailbox etc and po boxes are dead in the middle of the govt eye. Where would you send something, to your house address or an address at another location? Thought so. You are probably ok, but I wouldnt just forgetabout it. bad bad advice!!!! Get your stuff in the states, much much safer. Peace

I've had one seizure letter and I discontinued using that MBE box that the shipment was seized from. Since I changed my MBE box, haven't had any problems........also don't ship to any addresses in the WestCoast......doing that will only get you seizures and possibly much worse.
The east coast is the way to go..........

exactly Division, I was being sarcastic but I dont think anyone with any sense should just forget about it either. I dont know , maybe you do have more experience with getting caught receiving gear, I dont think that makes it ok to tell someone to now worry about it. I was in the govt and they dont need a full blown bust the doors down investigation to cause problems. One agent sent to your home,or po box to get your personal info could handle that. Help for john, just have your stuff sent in your own name to your home address and use a credit card. Thought not! so you must know that there is a risk and if someone gets a letter from customs that is much to close for the most of us. Like I said before, I wouldnt forget about it but I would watch myself a little closer. By the way John, are you an attorney that deals with drug cases? I bet not. My friend that is an attorney specializes in drug cases and if you check the govt takes steroids very very seriously. Ask anyone on this site what can happen if you are caught with gear.

Well, what has happened has happened. Now it's on to what you can do and can't do.
First, you can forget the mailbox for good. Then you can clean house (just in case). Clean your computer too.(just in case). Then you can NOT spend your time worrying about it, you can NOT order from the same person again, you CAN (and should) order domestic from now on, you can NOT reply to that customs letter and tell them you forfeit it anyway. Throw that letter away in the garbage or shredder. You should be okay with this shit. What some people are saying is that often times it stops there with a letter from customs. What some other people are saying is that if the authorities wanted to they could come knocking-if they wanted to. Over one bottle? Chances are not......but they could. Get the drift? They could come and try to get you to admit something, but in truth, you never signed anything so you could deny, deny, deny. You have that leg to stand on. Do you have legal muscle from Rick Collins? If you're ordering int'l (or domestic for that matter) you should buy it. In that book you would find the words to put you at ease. Don't stress about it. Fugetaboutit!
