Need help asap....

going to the docs office tommorrow so he can submit the final paperwork in to my insurance for gyno. Is there any thing i should say to make sure this goes through. I know this could be in the wrong forum but i need help asap. An just a fyi i have not taken any thing to cause this i just had it since a teen. Thanks any and all help would be great.
