need help asap, seizure letter????

okay, i highly doubt this is a seizure letter but i just got something from ups today. its a postcard looking thing thats has on it:

dear customer:
on 08/26/03 we received a package for you from:
shipper name:nothing
control#

we are unable to complete delivery because:
APARTMENT NUMBER NEEDED,NOT DELIVERED

they provided a phone number to call them, i'm gonna call them now and see what they say. i ordered from an online source in mexico, have recieved a package before, who knows thanx
 
Theres something wrong with the receivers addy.
He either forgat something or didnt spell the street right.
Contact them and give them your shipping adress again.
 
You're right, thats not a seizure letter. A seizure letter is about 10 pages and in an envelope. It sounds like you forgot to give whoever your apt#.
 
i went up there to get it and the whole thing sounds fishy. i don't know about it. they said "theres a problem with your package" tell me if this soudns like a lot. i have like 8-9 10ml vials. and 2 bottles one has t3 the other is 25mg dbol. i sure as help nothing is wrong. they said to come back in an hour, do u think there setting me up???? i need some help bad, cuz i didn't lose my money on this, its somebody else's money, and i dont' want to have to pay it back. thanx guys for the help
 
nah, thats just the thing, i have it sent to my work. i don't work in an apartment, now tell me that this whole thing isn't fucked up????

To calm you down a bit, it may just be that they had to dig it off the truck, that may take a little time. Other than that, best of luck.
 
takes balls to order from Mexico, that shit is hotter than China. Im surprised you got anything at all...

alot of the mexican guys send from cali, have there mules run it across.

Could be an attempt to make controlled delivery. There should be number you can call and give address information they need, and tell them to redeliver. Where did you recve notice they wanted to deliver pack, but had bad addy?

I don't even deal with that shit.

If someone sends me stuff that req a signature... and I didn't ask for it, I turn it down. If someone sends something and messes up the address... they'd better resend... Unless, I didn't give them an apartment number... then I guess it falls on you...

It's tough... things could go either way... but this sounds innocent...

well guys, a few of these posts have freaked me out, but guess what. the ups guy called me and it was an error w/ shipping, he'll be here in 45 minutes, if you don't hear from me within an hour, i'm prolly on my way to jail, GOD I HOPE NOT, ITS PERSONAL USE GOD DAMNIT!!! I'M NOT A DEALER,lol. thanx for the help, i'll let you all know how it goeas

LOL. Yeah, it was exciting. It didn't look good there for awhile. But wait! Sometimes they don't kick your door in right away, maybe this isn't over.

LET ME FIRST STATE, IF YOU EVER GET ANYTHING, I MEAN ANYTHING IN THE MAIL IN REGARDS TO AN ORDER YOU HAVE PLACED ESPECIALLY INTERNATIONALLY, DO NOT I REPEAT, DO NOT INQUIRE!!!!!!!!!!!. throw it away asap and forget about it. just face it you've lost your money and your gear, deal with it. because gues fucking what. this is just fucking terrible. well after i posted that i got my stuff, 10 minutes later THE FUCKING NARCS CAME IN AND BUSTED MY ASS!!! its now 8/30/03 at about 3:00p.m. and i just got outta jail at like 1:45. this is just fucking terrible, they got me for fucking traficking. its personal use god damnit, at least thats what my lawyer is going to say. although it was. they came in and frisked me adn got me on for 4-10ml qv enth. 2-10ml qv prop. 4-5ml ttoyyko sust. 100 25mg dbol and mainly what i was wanting, my fucking t3!!! this is just fucking terrible. they went through my truck and everything, cufffed me and took me downtown where i stayed for 21hours!!! bros and bras, letme repeat:IF YOU EVER GET ANYTHING IN THE MAIL REGARDING YOUR PACKAGE, I'M TELLING YOU FROM PERSONAL FUCKING EXPERIENCE, DO NOT INQUIRE, THROW IT AWAY AND FORGET ABOUT IT. AND ESPECIALLY DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING. WHEN I SIGNED FOR THE PACKAGE THAT GAVE THE NARCS THE OK TO COME IN AND BUST MY ASS. now for that stupid little incodent, i have to worry about my job, careers in the future, if they make a felony then i won't be able to drive anymore or vote. dont' take my warning midley, TAKE IT SERIOUSLY, THE NARCS AND DEA DO NOT FUCK AROUND!!! fuck, that sucks abomb. Hang in there. and everyone else, liste to this bro, never sign for anything. I would rather take my chances getting something shipped to me without a signature and having it get lost than to have signature required and get busted. I know this has been tossed around a bit here, but I prefer to have it sent to a different name to my address and then I would leave the package unopened for a week. hey keep us posted on what the legal outcome is.
what were you specifically charged with? just possession?
 
Laws vary from state to state so know what you can and cant have on hand as far as volume is concerned. They are going to try and nail him with a trafficing charge which is far worse than personal use. Five bottles of test where Im from might be for personal use and the same where you are could be trafficing. BE CAREFUL EVERYONE. KNOW THE LAW.
 
They can't find you for some reason.

But what's odd is that they seemed to have find you via a postcard right quick.

But that only means that the mailman knows how to loacte you from delivering you mail for years.

Something similar happend to me, but it was not roid related, they had my phone number becasue I supplied it to the shipper, they called me becuase the ups id10t couldn't figure out the 2nd floor meant the whole 2nd floor of my employer.
 
Shit, this story had me on the edge of my seat. They charged you with trafficking?? If you're convicted, that's a major Class A felony Bro. Trafficking steroids is no joke. My neighbor works in the Narcotics unit - ironically. We're friends and he knows I order AAS through the mail. You can only claim a certain amount for personal use - I believe it's fewer than 50 units. (1) D-bol tab constitutes a unit. Anything more is possession with the intent to sell. If you receive a package from Mexico that’s over 50 units then that's trafficking. It's no joke. You're in world of shit. I hope you have a good attorney because I don't see you getting out of doing prison time with that kind of quantity especially being that it came illegally from Mexico. That's not jail time, that's prison and years of it.
 
I am gutted for you....

Having lived in Holland for years with a lot of buddies elsewhere I know a little bit about goodie bags and postal... When I saw your thread I was cringing and when you picek it up (and were chuffed) I nearly posted then to get it offsite as the standard practice it to deliver and wait until opened and in your posession before a visit as a package handed to you means nothing.

Never get packages to be signed for to your name... That indicates the reciept if they have checked the package prior and you do get it ofsite or stashed beyond a search and sezuire...

A good little trick the source can do is put a note inside the package saying "Hope this is a nice surprise".. Any interception on route is then not an issue for you as it is proof positive that you were unaware of its arrival. Of course once you have it none of that helps..

Good luck with your case man.. Do everything you can to bring it down to a personal consumption charge, if it was then stick to your guns and get your lawyer to quote the dosages you planned to prove this...
 
well guys, all i can say is that this has been a hell of a week. well, first of all, because i used my works comp. to do all this and had it shipped tomy work, i no longer have a job there. i've been with the company for almost 3 years now. now its all gone to shit cuz of this little mis-hap. well, i go to court on the 18th. and this was seriously personal use. i was gonna use the prop and t3 (and t-rex,for what its worth) to slim down a lil bit, then use the rest of what i had for a good lil bulking cycle. well, not anymore. i got a lawyer and being that this is a first offense, it was NOT by any means traffiking, i think i might just face probation and a fine or something. my lawyer said that if i can prove that i could actually use that amount in a "cycle" than that will help me also. this is how i'll outline my alleged "cycle"

week 1-12-1000mg test enth.
week 1-10 125mg dbol

ha, yeah right my fuckin heart would explode,lol. well, my ohter buddy was in on it too, and i guess i'm gonna have to get with him and we'll outline some kind of cycle that we can both say that we'd use. i signed for it, i did all the leg work, but when we got busted, he had most of the shit. all i had was my 2 10mlvials of prop and my t3, thats all i wanted for right now, i was happy, but he's the one who had 3 10mlvials of qv enth. 4 5ml vials of ttoyyko sust. 100-25mg dbols and the website gave us 10 free 10mg dbol, ha, what the hell is somebody gonna do with that??? they looked like 5mg thais anyway. well, i want this to be a lesson to all that do decide for some stupid reason to go international when getting gear. BE CAREFUL, IF YOU GET ANTYHING AT ALL IN THE MAIL REGARDING YOUR PACKAGE, THROW IT AWAY AND DO NOT INQUIRE. MY MINDSET WAS "HEY IT WON'T HAPPEN TO ME" YEAH FUCKIN RIGHT, YOU BET YOUR ASS IT CAN HAPPEN TO YOU.

when all this shit clears (hopefully!!!!!!!!!!!!!) all i can say is:

FIND A DOMESTIC SOURCE, DOMESTIC FOR LIFE!!!!!!!!!!

BE SAFE BROS AND BRAS PLEASE, DON'T LET THIS SHIT HAPPEN TO YOU!!!!!
 
Sorry to hear about everything a-bomb, that is not something I would wish on anyone, I cant imagine what you are going through. I wish you the best of luck and hope you everything works out with as little pain as possible. Keep us updated though. This is a major eye opener and can keep a lot of others from making the same mistake.

Can something like this happen with domestic?
 
I feel for you man, best of luck. This is starting to hit home a bit, as I'm waiting for an international package. I'd hate to have this happen to me, or anyone.

he works with me, and he gave me money for his half, so he was invloved that way. but if they have to go after only one person, then i guess that person is me cuz i ordered everthing and i signed for it. but if they go by who had how much, then he will get in the most trouble, cuz like i said i only had in my possession 2 bottles of prop and a bottle of t3, he had 3 bottles of enth. 4 bottles of sust. and 100 dbols, but who knows, i really really really hope that they will ammend it down to personal use and give me probation or some kind of fine cuz i really don't need this in my life. i've already been fired from my job, like thats not bad enough. well we'll see on the 18th, i'll keep ya posted.

Way to go bonehead open source posting is really going to help. As a matter of fact the owner of that email account probably has soem choice words for you to....assuming you are not him
