Need Help and Advice about a smart cutting cycle..

Hey everyone. Need some advice. I'm coming off two 10 week cycles of Cypionate (100mg / week) and have been taking 2IUs of Tev Tropin for the last 5 Months.

I'm looking to speed up fat loss and add muscle and am not sure what to take to help me reach my goals. Im getting conflicting advice with some telling me to stack Cyp with Deca and other telling me to run Cyp with Primo..

Im 6'1" 270 and am at the gym 4 days a week.

Should I cycle Cypionate with Deca? Or would a Cypionate with Primo?

Im looking to lose about 50 Pounds and drop my BMI about 10% to bring it to 20. I eat Very smart and need to find a cycle that will get me over the hump. I but my time in Im just looking to make some solid gains in strength, definition and fat loss.

Any help is much appreciated.
 
what s your age and bf%. also you say you are comming off 2 10 weak cycles. does this mean you have been on for 20 weaks? how long have you been off?

the bmi scale is not a great way for guys like us to tell us how healthy we are. lol, it says I am obese! ya maybe If I had 25% bf then I would, but dont worry about BMI.
 
A pill is not gonna make you loose 50 pounds ,what you stick in your mouth will, Dial in that diet,I'll be more than happy to send you a list of muscle building foods, just pm me.

I did a Ten week Cycle followed by 10 Days of HCG at 50 units a day. Then started another 10 week Cyp cycle and just finished 10 days of HCG. Im 36 and my Bullshit BMI is 29. As for diet, I have that dialed in. Ive lost a good deal of weight slowly over the last year (40 lbs). Im looking to get dialed in for an upcoming cruise the begining of June.

Im not a lazy douche looking for snake oil. I put my time in. Im looking for optimal results thats all.

stay off the gear for a while. 10 days is nothing. you will need 2 or 3 months unless you dont care about your health. i would cut with an eca stack and a light cycle.
 
I take the Cyp Dr.s Orders for Low Test (380). That's why I'm here. I just want to stack it with something but not sure what. I take the Cyp and am starting my next cycle this week at 100mgs a week.

so you're on a prescribed hrt program? i think that makes a little more sense now.
what does your diet look like so we can see if a tweak or 2 could could help aid in fat loss to yeild better results.
 
Yes. Prescribed 100mgs Cyp Weekly, Daily Tev at 1.8 Iu Then after the 10 Weeks of Cyp I cycle in 10 Days of HCG at 50 units daily. Also take 25 mg of Estrogen Blocker (starts with an A) every other day starting at week 2 of my Cyp injections. I also cycle in 200 Mgs of b12 cyanabolin twice weekly. Diet is Chicken, Chicken, Chicken and a Kashi go lean bar daily. Some tuna with light mayo and onions. A salad here and there with only Olive Oil and Vinegar. No Salt. Thats all I eat. I not have cravings to cheat so I keep the diet strict with no fuck ups. I dont drink. I have a sugar free red bull every day and a diet coke then water (about a half gallon or so daily).

I take some sups also including a Muscle Milk post workout.

I was thinking of cyceling Deca in with this next cycle. Thoughts..
 
My personal opinion based on my read...

Light test and anavar for your first cutting cycle. ONE because your on prescribed drugs so dont try go too heavy until you know your body and TWO because its light and will make u work better with diet and training. Get the diet diald in and the cycle will help preserve your muscle and strength. The anavar should help with fat loss mainly around the abdominal area and also dosnt aromatize so no worry with the estrogen. Steroids shoudnt be used to cut fat, diet should. Get the diet 100% mate and who knows, might not even need the gear.

Hey man I am prescribed the same dose of test.. I take my cyp 200mgs every 2 weeks.. I don't use aromasin or arimidex though..

lose the b12 shots, learn to diet and workout.

100mgs every week is decent.. realistically though I'd stay away from primo and deca for now...

Take more cyp, shoot an extra 200-250mgs with your 100.. (making it 300-350mgs a week, just to be clear)

do cardio and, again, learn to diet.

learn to count your macro nutrients correctly... cycle carbs up and down some. Take a multi-vitamin. I can help you if you like.
 
u wont grow if you are too strict with your diet. cycle carbs, try other fish besides tuna. no mayo. i dont think your diet is as dialed in as you think it is, but trust me, i didnt believe these guys on here when they told me my diet wasnt dialed in. As soon as i changed it up and started eating with discipline and timing my entire world changed, regardless of gear. Somebody said on here that what you look like is 20 percent gear and what u lift and 80 percent diet and cardio. i am a firm believer in this statement
