Need help adding some Cals to the diet

I like eating as clean as possible but i need to add some cals to the diet.. I feel shitty when I chow some fast foods. I work two jobs one for the gear, one to live on, so simple meals are the way I go. I have been gaining about a pound and a half a week but I think upping the cals will help. Just need some Ideas.

8:00am 4 eggs, hashbrowns, 2 bacon

10:00 egg protein with 3 cups of lactaid milk 60grams of protein

11:30 oatmeal

1:30 1 packet of albacore tuna plain 7.06 oz 52.5 grams of protein

3:30 myplex 42 grams of protein

5:30 2 chicken medium breast

7:30 myplex 42 grams of protein

9:30 small packet of albacore tuna 24 grams of protein

10:30 myoplex before bed

fruit and veggies mixed in between eating the protein meals

protein total about 200 to 300 grams depends on the work hours
calories about 3000
carbs about 250 to 300
 
when in bulk mode..you can eat "clean" and eat red meat.even though it's not as lean as the breasts,change most of your chicken meals to red meat and save the breasts for when you rip.you can grill up some london broil,slice it up and put in seperate containers and you have some convient protein......:fro:
 
if you are consistently gaining a pound and a half a week, then don't change anything. That's the ideal range for gaining weight.
 
red meat and potatoes......... seriously..... its old but it works

i eat 3-4 lbs of red meat a day and 6- 10 potatoes today
