Need Help About Cycles & Nutrition

Whats up? I just finished a bulking cycle of dbol/t400/deca. My weight along with my bodyfat went up due to the fact that I was devouring everything in site. Since it's starting to get warmer out, I want to knock back on my bf(probabaly around 16% right now). I'm still going to be lifting and eating a very high protein diet, but will it be OK if I knock back on all the extra calories. Will this effect my ability to keep my gains? I'm not talking about my weight gains, but my muscle gains. I plan on starting my next cycle in 2 months should I keep eating everything in site and wait till then to cut back on my calories, or should I just cut back now and get my bf lower before my next cycle starts. I guess what I'm really asking is which would yield better results for my next cycle: lossing my bf before my next cycle, or lossing it durring my cycle.
 
try this cycle if you like eq/fina/winny/test
hit ALA at 1000mgs/day keep you carbs LOW around 30% up the protein and fats... www.kilosports.com has cheap ALA..buy some ginger root hit that at 500-1000mgs RIGHT before each meal help you take down more protein..and some fat burning supps are great too e/c/a/y stack...also you can add a little t3/clen to your roid cycle too drink 1-2 gallons of water a day

i just recieved some t-3 currently im running tren/prop/winny for ten weeks how would you throw it in the mix

btw the t-3 is 40 mg

Thanks for the replies men, but you didn't really answer the question I was asking(the quote above). BTW- I already picked out my next cyle it's test/primo/winny. It's not really a cutting cycle, but more of a hardening cycle. I'm not starting that till May and I want to know if I should lose bf now, or wait til that cycle starts since I just ended my last cycle of dbol/test/deca. What would you guys do??
 
dont make any drastic changes, first clean up your diet, dump all the crap (cookies, ice cream, burgers.........sodas) but still eat your rice, oatmeal, chicken, steak. then start dumping carbs, and fats. the key is to make the process gradual, dont cut your calories overnight
 
Serge is absolutely right. You have to expect for time to take its toll along with your dieting technique. You have to allow enough time for loss in order to lose the weight or else you will lose too much muscle. Expect as much time to lose the weight as it took you to put it on.
