Hey guys any advice given would be greatly appreciated. Story in a nutshell, being training natural for 9 years. 5"10 176lbs about 13% body fat. Could say genetically I have an advantage with have a better then average body when not training. After years of natty training I'm finding it frustrating not being able to build my weaker parts to adequate size, example tri's and lower chest. I wanna do cycle to help assist in this. I dont wanna look like im on gear just have an extra edge. My mate who alot skinny then me for years is now bigger after doing 2 cycles of test 250mg and has held gains very well. My questions are these I wanna do a 10 week cycle on 250mg. Should I do sust 250, test e or cyp? Also I'm quite a fast runner in the sports i play, will this have any bearing on making me faster? Do i still take creatine, pre work outs etc? I have spent months researching this topic, pct etc etc. So i have an understanding of alot of things and not some noob whos been training a couple years and wants to be big, any advice would be awesome, thanks
