Need help 1st cycle

Hey guys any advice given would be greatly appreciated. Story in a nutshell, being training natural for 9 years. 5"10 176lbs about 13% body fat. Could say genetically I have an advantage with have a better then average body when not training. After years of natty training I'm finding it frustrating not being able to build my weaker parts to adequate size, example tri's and lower chest. I wanna do cycle to help assist in this. I dont wanna look like im on gear just have an extra edge. My mate who alot skinny then me for years is now bigger after doing 2 cycles of test 250mg and has held gains very well. My questions are these I wanna do a 10 week cycle on 250mg. Should I do sust 250, test e or cyp? Also I'm quite a fast runner in the sports i play, will this have any bearing on making me faster? Do i still take creatine, pre work outs etc? I have spent months researching this topic, pct etc etc. So i have an understanding of alot of things and not some noob whos been training a couple years and wants to be big, any advice would be awesome, thanks

either test would be fine....i cant see how the test will make you run faster .maybe slower cos you will be bigger , or in fact the extra leg strength may make you a bit faster ,lol...someone else will answer that better.lol..carry on takin creatine it will help.
 
5'10" 176 is pretty small in my book, especially if you have been training for 9 years. That in mind I would say if gaining mass is your goal you should pursue something thats been proven to work because what your doing isnt working well or your not eating enough to add mass.

Next, your muscle shape is what it is, your lower pecs are not going to just fill in because of a cycle and there is little you can do to influence the shape of your muscles, you build them or you dont and how they grow in response to the hypertrophy is genetic.

250mg week of any test should be a nice starter cycle. I would use 250IU hcg 2x a week throughout and for a few weeks post cycle. anastrozole at perhaps .5mg e3d may not be a bad idea but may also be optional cause that test dose is pretty low.

test can raise RBC which to a certain degree can help transport oxygen but if it gets too high can have a detrimental effect on performance. I would say you should be able to add quite a bit of overall muscle without too much of an impact on your speed because your not very large now but its a very individual thing. Some guys can add 20lbs mass when they start as small as you and just get faster but most people start to lose some speed after they add 25lbs or more.
 
Thanks for advice guys. I haven't trained in 6 weeks and at my peak i'm 186 lbs. 13% body fat just a guess and over 9 years i have had breaks over the months. Natural plateu's to blame there. The whole time i haven't done gear cause i didn't want to lose the respect of my peers on the field thinking i had an advantage. But now i only play socially i don't care. So are you saying that by big parts like back and bi's will just getting bigger and smaller parts won't catch up? Can i alter my training so i hit weaker parts hard and bigger parts moderately? I find on creatine i bloat and with retention of test might look soft? I know its a mild dose but after research i think its what i need to get big enough without looking questionable on gear

No he is not saying that. He's saying that everything is going to get bigger in proportion to what it is now so if you dont have a big chest it will get bigger but it will wont grow so big that it becomes proportional. Ur gonna just be a bigger version of ur self as you are now, thats the way i see it anyway. And with seperate training i think you can maybe do more on certain areas but i see that as pointless. I personally like one body part a day where i can train it hard others on here like back and bis, chest and tris, you get the point. but after 9 years you should have something that works for you. I hope ur diet is in check otherwise ur gonna be getting minimal results. Good luck
 
I have something that works. I know everyone is diff but friends who have done same course have had nice results. And genetically and diet wise are behind me. Won't know till i try. Like i said just want extra edge not look massive as. My friends don't look like they on juice just naturally big and toned
 
Your speed will be determined by how many fast /slow twitch fibers you have.
 
Do i run azole during entire cycle? Can i use it as pct? What is best pct for this cycle to hold gains? So many mixed opinions!
 
Common guys need help before i start. Someone tell me if this sounds ok. Sust 250 mg e3d wk 1-10proscar 1mg ed wk 1-10 now can some tell me if i need adex? If so how much and often and what do i run for pct? My mates never did one and think i'm laughing stock for wanting to do one on such a low dose. Is it necessary? Please help!
