Need Healthy Fast Food Places

Nighthawkk had an interesting thread on fast food a couple days ago. On a somewhat spinoff thread, can we get a list here of places and food items that are SOMEWHAT close to being as good as a fast food meal can be to nutritional?

The ones I can think of are

1. Boston Market turkey and chicken meals with green beans, spinach or broccoli. The mashed potatos wouldn't be bad either if your eating them PPWO.

2. Any kind of grilled chicken sandwich.

3. Any kind of chicken nuggets (although you'd have to eat atleast 10 of them)

4. Subway's good if you're eating it early in the day or preworkout.

I'd list more but I'm kind of in a hurry right now.

Come on fellas, list 'em!

;)

uhmm well at arbies you can get a rotisserie chicken for 9 dollars, chick fil a is shit, wendys it terrible, subway is ok. and any kind of chicken nuggets arent good bc they are fried, and it destroys the nutrients. some chicken sandwiches are fried also. thats about all i can THINK of but i know there is more.

eat big

What about a grocery store with a salad bar?? You can get a giant salad with a can or two of tuna (or pouch), salmon or chicken...

Our local Costco has pre-made salads etc with the dressing on the side too... and a whole rotisserie chicken for $5

Chicken nuggets? You mean bits of scrap meat that are breaded and deep fried? Eww. Even the so-called "all white meat" junk is not good.

Subway--processed lunchmeat and honestly their bread tastes like crap. (But then again I don't like bread so what do I know)

If I'm in a pinch or don't feel like cooking, I get grilled chicken salads from Panera bread. Yum. Or I'll get them to go from places like Applebee's or TGI Fridays...they're usually better than what you'll get at a fast food place, don't cost much more, and don't take a whole lot longer either, especially if you call ahead.
