need fina help

Guys, i posted last night about my girl mixing my fina after i put in the oil and it was all an ornage, brownish color, well i let it sit for a day and a half and one of the bottles seperated to a clear clean color but only about less then a inch from the top and the other bottle just barely started to seperate, should i remove the good stuff then filter the rest with a coffee filter or just let it sit longer, please help i hope its not bad now thanks
