I am seeing the light at the end of the tunnel in ref to my meals
. I got my amr, p/c/f ratio, target weight, etc . But so many numbers I need you guys / gals to help me out and make sure it looks right.
Current weight 190
current height 5 8"
AMR=3175-500 = 2675 taget cals to loose weight.
Going to follow through the BFL guidelines, so going with
40/40/20
soo....

Look right?
That fat is lower than what I was eating for the last month or so......heck a portion of meat almost has that much fat
I just want these 10-12 wks to end, so I can focus less on loosing the fat, on focus PRIMARLY on bulking !
