I've just used the nutition calculator, which tells me I need 425grms carbs a day on a 50%carb,35%prot,15% fat split.
Boy Im struggling, getting me protein and fat ok, need advice on high calorie carbs easy to digest, any ideas?
Im 6ft 227 15%, trying to bulk , but stay leanish at same time!
Currently eating oats meal1
rice meals2,3&4.
chicken,sweet pots & veg meal 5.
fruit inbetween and 2 shakes a day 30% carbs'
