need energy advice

i have been on a lo carb,the only carbs i have been getting is from my meal replacer 1-2 per day@ 25 gr carbs each.i have been taking eca stack but does nothing for me unless i lay off of it for about a week.i have no energy, any advice.
 
Your carbs are too low. Are you only taking in 50g of carbs a day? Taking creatine with carbs DURING your workout may be a good answer if you need more energy FOR your workouts. You will use alot of the carbs while working out so it shouldn't be a problem. Also do some research on Kynoselen. That may be just what you are looking for.
 
if you've cycled with eca in the past, you should rest assured that you WILL have problems with energy levels.

i'm an eferdrine fiend and have probalby experienced with it more than a lot of people here.... 200mg a day at some points!

creatine should work but.........

stay off efedrine for a month and during that time hit up d-bol at 30mg a day.

then after that month is over with, come back to efedrine.
