Need dosage/cycle advice please?

Hi people, just after some advice please.
I have the following steroids, but my old work mate I got them off, who gave me all the dosage and cycle advice I needed to know, I can no longer get in touch with. He has moved interstate but also has a new number. So I need people who know what they are talking about to help please.
I have-
Sus 250
Masteron propionate 100mg/ml
Testosterone cypionate 300mg/ml
Nolvodex capsules 25mg.

Pretty much need to know,
What dosage I inject on what days of each, I know the masteron or the test cypionate was for a secondy cycle, just not sure which one. And when do I use the Nolvodex capsules? And how many.

Bit about me, just incase it makes a difference.
24, lean build, only 5 foot 5, so looking to build lean muscle, I don't need to get massive to look good cause I'm sure short, lucky there!

Diet wise, I eat very well, and tran 5-6 times a week.

How much of these do you have?
Also you will need to buy an atomic ass inhibitor either aromasin or arimidex

Sustanon 250---1 to 2cc's a week

Masteron p100mg/ml---1to 2cc's eod

Testosterone cypionate 300mg/ml you don't need the cyp in this cycle Sustanon is enough, but when you use it it will be 1/2 to 2cc's a week

nolvadex capsules 25mg---only use if you get gyno issues

I'll take 1ml of sus every Sunday to make it last. As for the masteron, I only have 1 vial so that would be gone in a couple of weeks of I took 1ml every other day. If I do that does it matter? Or am I best spreading shots out?
