just posted this on tried boards, thought id post it here to since theres some knowledgable people here;
anyways, dieting has always been a problem for me and ive been posting on many boards and asking tons of people, just hoping maybe someone here can shed some light for me. cutting cycles are a huge bitch for me. im hypothyroid and am on prescription T4 and T3. so far ive used cyclical keto diets and isocaloric diets. both work for maybe a a week or two but just stop, even when i lower calories. i have used ephedrine, NYC, usnic acid and other stuff. i regularly supplement with tyrosine and get my share of omega fats. the only way i can get consistent results is with usnic acid, but i dont wanna depend on that stufffor whenever i wanna cut. i usually drop down to 9 or 10 cals/lb of bodyweight. i know 10 is minimum but this seems to be the only way to lose bodyfat for me. i also do cardio first thing in the morning 3 to 5x/week. right now im on a cutting cycle and still have 20lbs to go! anyhoo, i was contemplating using DNP, but just wanted to check to see if anyone could help me out. thanks for any info and lemme know if i left anything out.
