Please help with cycle!!! Not new to lifting or AAS, but I am just getting back into it after a 3 year layoff because of accident that left me paralyzed for a year. I am been lifting again since May and have recovered almost 100% of former strength. Anyway, my stats are:
45 years old
BW 235, HT 5'9"
% BF ?, but too fat
Diet - Eating fairly clean with 300g protein a day (I do cheat every once in a while).
Goal is to drop some BF and at least maintain strength.
Here is what I have to work with (shorted some items I ordered).
10ml 200mg/ml EQ
30ml (75mg Tren A, 100ml Test Prop/ml)
100 tabs 25mg O-T-bol
50 - 15mg tabs Var
50 - 50mg tabs Winny
I do have a cycle in mind, but it has been at least 6 yrs. since I took AAS and don't trust my judgement since it has been that long. I would appreciate any feedback anyone could give.
