need cycle advice...EQ and SUST

age-22
height-5 10
weight- 184
lifting since i was 14, high school swimmer( 7th in state 50m freestyle during my junior year)
been lifting seriously for 1 1/2 years
diet is good, i hope...276g protein, 170g carbs, and 150g fat, all clean foods

my goal is to push the 200 pound mark and look lean and ripped as shit.

what i have: (2) 10ml 250mg/ml sustanon
(2) 10ml 200mg/ml equipoise
100 proviron tabs and nova

what would you do? i

Hold off on the juice!!! 170 grams of carbs? are u kidding. Up that to about 300-400 and cut back cardio to 3 sessions a week, no more than 30 min. Lift like a fuckin clidesdale and report back. You've only been at it a year and a half.

my first cycle i did eq and test for 8 weeks and it was a huge mistake. it was a waste of EQ. with eq you need a minimum of 12 weeks with it at a minimum of 400mgs a week. my first cycle i ran 500mgs a week of test and 400mgs a week of eq for 8 weeks, no knowledge. good components but make sure you have enough for a quality cycle.
 
Get some more eq and sus and run:

1-17 500mgs sustenon ew(one cc every 3 days)
1-16 600mgs EQ ew(one and a half cc's every 3 days)
5-17 25mgs proviron ed

18-19 HCG 1500ius every 3 days
20-23 derma sus ed

You need to get on top of your diet 170g of carbs ? i have that in 2 meals , you have to eat to grow so research diet on gaining , as for aas dont use anything yet and when you do keep to the sus only but you need to get PCT and AI to ,so study up your not ready .

i would get the diet in check first. but i wouldn't put two compounds my first cycle. i would just run the sust at 500mgs a week split into two shots a week. and make sure you have pct before you start! but i do agree with everyone about waiting. I was 17 when i did my first cycle (complete waste) I was also a highschool athlete. i had been training hard for two years but my body hadnt even matured. once i learned about proper diet and started sticking to a good diet i gained more weight off than i did on. i gained 20 lbs on cycle lost about 10 of that, then started eating right and gained 30 lbs and kept it. what i have found is that steroids are only as useful as you alow them to be. you cant ever read enough about bodybuilding. i have been on this site since feb. and only have 50 posts even though i get on here almost everyday. i think it was needto who advised me to stop asking and start reading, and thats what i did. 10 months later i am starting to understand whats going on.
 
alright alright i guess im just being impatient and jumping into it. i will give it a couple more weeks until my diet is in check.

Up the carbs (wheat, grains, vegies)

I eat a lot at night. Would it be ok to consume a lot of carbs before i go to bed?

It can take years to find the right diet and to learn to stick to it not to weeks , and carbs before bed well .....

Dude if you eat a lot of carbs at night you are gonna get fat! Start by eating six meals a day, clean healthy food.
