i have a friend, who knows about my as usage, and has asked me about getting her some gear. i have told her over and over to check out these boards, but i don't think she has yet. her is her deal. she is 26, about 5' 4", and i'm guessing about 300-350lbs. very overweight. she goes to the gym everyday , and even has a trainer, her diet is good as far as i can see, she just can't seem to strip any weight. i don't know what to recommend to her, if anything, but i don't want to see her do the wrong thing. if anyone can suggest what type of gear, if any, what type of work out, and any diet ideas, i would really appreciate it. thanks.

she mostly eats salads and grilled chicken, however she is pretty self concious, so i rarely see her eating, but this is what she tells me. i know gear is not a diet pill, but if she is set on using gear, i would like to make sure she is not doing the wrong thing. i would think that the best thing is to lose some serious weight before thinking about the gear, but i don't know what to recommend, because she is allready doing what i would do with little or no results

At that weight, she needs to have a very thorough physical done, Steroids would only be an option once she gets down her weight way way down, Steroids at this point would just hinder her weight loss and since she probably has very high cholesteral and blood pressure, could be deadly.

She is not eating what she is telling you, she may be doing some of the right things as far as training and going through the motions but she is not doing what she needs to do to lose weight...She has a problem, and she needs to seek help for it...using gear will only complicate the problem and end up giving her sides she will be unhappy about. She should seek help from her doctor...he then should lead her in the direction of a good weight loss clinic or some sort of help. At that weight she needs to sit down and seriously think about her life....she is on her way to a lot of health problems like diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, etc etc....All these things can be prevented and helped through diet and exercise...Forget the gear and get your friend the help she needs.

tell her to skip the dozen doughnuts every morning... and spend three years on the treadmill....

(not feeling sympathy for her)

I got to over 200# on a liquid diet - PEPSI and maybe one meal a day. I agree with everyone else - she needs to be honest about everything that is going into her body before you can even begin to come up with a plan. She also needs a complete physical that checks for any medical explanation of her obesity.

She needs to know this is very serious...more people die every year from obesity than cancer!!! I would get blood work done check out her cholesterol, thyroid etc...and then if she does not want to look into a weight loss clinic..I would get her to see a Dietitian ASAP....she may be eating salds w/ tons of dressing...eating fat free foods...and stuff she thinks is healthy but is actually adding weight to her...
