www.beyond-a-century.com has 50g of normal ALA for 14 bucks. Sweet price. I'm gonna be running 1.5g a day to help cut. The price definitely negates it being supposedly inferior. I always noticed better effects from normal ALA anyway since I was taking larger amounts than r-ala for the same price.

I should mention that the 14 buck price is for the powder only. You would have to cap it yourself, so sometimes it's worth spending a little more to have it already capped. I'm a poor college student though, and it's definitely worth it for me when I'm buying 200g

Yes, it tastes similar to battery acid if mixed in your shake. Should be taken in capsules.
