My girlfriend is just finishing up on it, much the same results as me. She started on half a tablet am then other half pm, then when there were no sides she upped it to one tab (10mg) am and one pm. She has gained 7 or 8 lbs, her strength has got up alot and recovery is great. She has not noticed any sides at all. Only thing is her hair gets a little more greasier quickly at the moment, no spots, no anger, there is not change at all, but that is just her, then again it is very mild. Hope this helps.

LOL, Yeah greasy hairs a bitch, but I'll have to put up with that until shes off to let her throw me around the bedroom... lifes a bitch.
