NEED Anabolic Advice from experienced users

Hey Guys,
I need some advice from experienced users of Deca and Equipoise. I am 45, 5'8", 155, 42"c, 28"W, 15" a and I have been working out with weights for over 20 years. I just cant seem to get enough bulk on to push me past the 165 weight range. I have cut out the cardio completely a year ago and eat plenty of protein and carbs.

My friend who takes the stuff has supplied me with Deca and Equipoise Amps and suggested that I take them for a 10 week cycle to see if I put on mass.

Here is my question to those of you with knowledge on these products:

1) These items are in strips, so do I do one strip of Deca and one strip of Equipoise per week?

2) Does it matter when I inject these items and can they be mixed together?

3) After 10 weeks of being on then stuff then what am I supposed to do or do I have to stay on this stuff forever?

4) Anything I need to be aware of in terms of risk or side effects?

ok well first off you are not ready for using anything. do some more research and whatnot and do it right. First I would add TEST. You want to grow add TEST. but to answer your questions:

1. Im guessing each amp is prob 200 or 250 mg each amp so you would do two amps each once a week.
2. yes they can be mixed together.
3. After your cycle you would do a PCT. (not knowing this alone means you are not ready).

do more research then when you ready run TEST only for 10 weeks or if you want you can do test for 12 weeks and deca for 10 weeks.
 
Ok, I'll be the first and you're not going to like it...more research is needed. Do you have any PCT planned? What about anti-e? Dosages? Too many variables to help. :worried:

Alright, I'm gonna say something to you and I don't want you to take offense to it...I'm not flaming or getting upset or anything like that...All I'm saying is DO SOME RESEARCH about these products and find out exactly what they do...steroids are not a joke or an experiment...

The reason I state this is because for someone who has been working out for 20 years and you're only 165 lbs, it shows that you have neglected your body in terms of nutrition, supplementation, rest, dieting and training...

There are a lot of factors that determine the body that you build, and steroids should only be utilized once you've you've reached your genetic potential through utilizing a good diet plan, getting ample rest, proper supplementation and proper training. After all that is achieved, then you can research steroids and once you believe that you have enough information about it, then you should start juicing. I'm only giving you some advice, you can completely ignore me, but it's for your own good....taking steroids at this point, without having reached your genetic potential isn't that good...
 
Well Bro as mentioned you`re gonna have to do some more resarch. You have no idea on what your mg`s per week should be, I think you need advice on diet cause for guy who has been lifting for over 20 years with the strict protein and calorie intake as you have mentioned you should be at least around the 200 mark for a guy 5`8``.

Stick around read a ton and we`ll be glad to help, cuz I can tell ya just by from what you`ve already told us not only you but yer buddy need to educate themselves.

P.S. Ever heard of ``Deca Dick`` cuz if yer married that could be a small problem.
 
Probably the best thing you can do is purchase a platinum membership at less than $12 USD and you can get access to parts of the forums that you usually don't have access to as a regular member and many other perks. You would find it very helpful if you go platinum, trust me!

Gio to the doc and get your testosterone levels checked.

you can probably get a 'script for testosterone too, which you will want to run with deca and EQ unless, at your age, you never want a boner again.
 
First of all, your friend recommended two of the worst roids you could use, especially for a first timer. You've got a lot to learn. If you're going to venture over to the dark side, you better have at least a flashlight.

Both are the wrong steroid for you to use when your ready , at 165 you got diet and training home work first , so hit up those forums first .
Dont listen to your mate do your own research .

You really should to do some POWER eating. Also lift your ass off until you hit 190-200lbs. Eat, Eat Eat.
AAS are only about 10% of the bodybuilding equation.... Maybe less!
