If anyone could give me some pointers...i would appreciate it...i'll give run down of my cycle and diet..and i was wondering if someone could maybe tell me what i could expect from this cycle... i know the juice is different for everybody.. but i figure the more educated i am on the subject..i can get the most out of my cycle... here it goes...
Im 30 yrs old, 5'9", about 176. good shape, but going for the hard 6 pack look .... i did a cycle of t200 by itself a few months ago. i didnt stack it... i just did 400mg a week by itself. I noticed some strength gains, and a little mass..not much..i kinda fucked off the last two weeks of the cycle... anyway...
im gonna do 200mg a week of deca and 400mg a week of test for 6 weeks. and use clenbuterol for the last two to three weeks of the cycle. my diet is high in protein(3 shakes a day on top of that), moderate carbs mon-fri, and on the weekends i eat whatever the fuck i want. my work out is free weights moderate to heavy lifting 5 days a week, two to three muscle groups a day, and 20 min of cardio every day after work out. any suggestions would be a big help! thanks...
