Just downloaded TMPEG and then tried to convert A Man Apart into a VCD but it said unsupported avi file or something like that, what does that mean?? Also what system shpuld I pick PAL or NTSC? Thanks bitches!
Does the movie play normally? If not the file is bad on you don't have the right codec. What did it say exactly? Because TMPGenc converts avi. The lastest version does divx too.
The movie plays normally on my KAZAA theater. When I tried to open it using TMPGenc Plus where it says select source file to convert to MPEG a dialog box appears saying cannot open or unsupported!
Are you using the project wizard? If it plays in Kazaa it should be able to be convert. You don't open it with TMPEG as a project in case that's what you did.
It just looks like it wasn't meant to be. If it's truly an AVI and won't convert something is wrong with the file. You could always try using EO video to convert it mpeg 1 and the multiplex it with TMPEG but I dunno. Either the file is bad or something isn't being done write. Bad files can play but have issues when trying to convert.
