Need Advise Please.

Hi , currently running a 8 week sust cycle, I am half way through gained 15 lbs and strength has started to really pick up. My concern is if weight I am gaining is fat or muscle or bloat.
Started cycle at about 230 now 245, I am gaining decent size but my waist has gone up a couple of inches ( my stomach looks stretched and bloated ). Is this normal ? I am eating fairly well every 3/3 hours should I cut back calories ? or just wait untill cycle has finished ? I am only doing 1 shot p/w ( first cycle ).
This is a typical day eating.

7am Protein shake (40 g whey ) fruit. no appetite in morning.

10 whole wheat sandwhich ( Turkey/tuna ). Banana.

12.30 Wendys large chilli/baked potato/side salad/milk.

3 pm Protein shake+granola bar.

6pm pre workout - fruit yoghurt.

7 30 post work out 50 g whey+100 G Carbs ( juice)

9/9.30 Steak/chicken rice, veg ( about 1000 KC).

11 PM Protein shake.

Is this to much food ? I am working out with weight 4xp/w, and rugby training 3xp/w, I hate working out on low carb diets,with all the runninng and sprints its hard, to drop carbs below 50%.

I am also using a multi vit/ extra C / omega 3 s.

Any comments please ?

Cut out the whole Wendy's trip...you need a complete protein source anyway
Making a change with this meal should give you some changes, if you're still getting fat...cut back the fruit and choose a complex carb 25g
 
lol, when I read 'Wendy's' my mouth started to water.

Probably just bloat. Either ride it out or start taking an anti-e
 
This is the reason I run Arimidex with every test cycle. Run enough to keep the bloat down. You may hinder gains a little, but woth it IMO
