I here you bro ... I have been out of the gym for about 1 month now and I am pissed off to no end! I had a few goals to meet, and they are going to be pushed back now. Not to mention that my cycle was going to start 1 month ago now, and now it will probably be pushed back 1 month from now, Not fucking cool. First I injured my lower back doing heavy Stiff Leg deads, and leg presses (didnt warm up lower back enough), that put me out for 2 weeks, now I have been sick as a dog for the past 2 weeks, puking, pissing out my asshole, cough, fphlem the hole bonus package. Again ... NOT COOL! I was in excellent shape before this, and got down to the leanest i had been in a while, and strong as an ox also - right where I wanted to be before starting my cycle. Now, when I finally get back to the gym, I will have to build that strength back up to where it was earlier, before I will allow myself to jump on the cycle. Could take a month or so ... VERY FUCKIN FRUSTRATING! Anyways, there is nothing I can do ... except work though it.
Regarding your cycle idea. This is my take on it. Are you able to train now? If so .. I agree with the others here ... shed a bit of fat before hitting the cycle .. trust me ...you will thank yourself. You have a pretty solid frame, so even if you loose the weight, you are still not going to be "small". Based on your pics, I wouldnt start the cycle until you are at least 215lbs. Which should be easy to do, especially if you said that you had been there before.
I would hit the gym with a solid routine, a solid diet, and incorporate some high intensity AM cardio 3-4 times per week. This is what shed lbs the fastest for me along with a good diet. AM cardio with 2 T-Rex did the trick for me. I would suggest some T-Rex and r-ALA for those "comfort foods" you talk about. I truley think that they are great supps. YOu can cycle it with clen if you wanted to. I would go balls to the wall for 6 WEEKS dieting and training. That would roughly take you up to July 1st. See where you are from there and if you have made some good progress hit your cycle, if not, then diet for another month and start it at the end of July.
Now your cycle (when you get to it), i would keep it simple. Run a flat dose of EQ through, or if you want to up your dosage, do it at the start of the cycle, then lower it, instead of reverse. Assuming that you only the amount, and types of gear mentioned above, and want to run it for that long, I would run it like this.
Wk1-4
Prop: 100mg/eod
EQ: 600mg/wk
Var: 50mg/day
Wk4-8
EQ: 600mg/wk
Var: 50mg/day
wk8-10
Var: 30mg/day
then start PCT. I think that that is a lot of HCG to be running throughout the whole cycle as well, and your LH receptor may actually become desensitized to LH. 500iu e5d is enough of just once a week, or even a 1 wk mid-cycle staunt, but 500iu eod for 11 wks is overkil imo. Too much of a good things can quickly turn into a bad thing. Hope this helps a little. I garantee you would thank yourseld hopping on a cycle when you are much leaner than you are now. I have made that mistake before, and was dissapointed in the results. I personally think that you would look much better at a lower bf without the juice than you would after a 10wk cycle from where you are now. Like BA suggested too, you can rap the benefits of EQ more as well when you are already a bit leaner. You just notice it working more. ANywhoo ...
