Need advise on cycle

Ive been out of the gym now 2 months and Ill be out one more because of a ruptured spleen.

Im 5'10 230 bf=23%??? was 210 before accident

I have not done a cycle in almost 4 years now almost. So Im thinking I will get some nice size. Im just looking to get some shape back.


I Am thinking of running this:

Should I run arimidex in weeks 1 - 4 ? Instead of Nolva? Dosage of Prop. is not that great so I think Nolva @20mg should be more than enough.

weeks 1-4: Prop @ 100mg/EOD, EQ @ 400mg/week, Var @ 50mg\week, HCG @ 500IUs/EOD, Nolva @ 20mg /day

weeks 5-8: EQ @ 600mg/week, Var @ 50mg/week, HCG @ 500IUs/EOD, Nolva @ 20mg /day

weeks 9-10: Var @ 50mg/week, HCG @ 500IUs/EOD, Nolva @ 20mg /day

weeks 11: HCG @ 500IUs/EOD, Nolva @ 20mg /day

weeks 12-14: Nolva @ 20mg /day

Anyone know if there are any downsides from using Nolva for that long?
 
I know you don't want to hear this but at 23% bf you really should be concentrating on losing fat and not cycling with gear. If you want to take something look into clen and t3, and get your diet in order along with some cardio. Sorry bro, just trying to give you the right info :)
 
Totally understandable, But I havnt been able to excercise to allow my spleen to fully heal. Once I get back to the gym I have no problem loosing the fat. Im usually somewhere at 12-15% at a 4500 calorie diet.

Also Im guessing 23% I have a love handles, but my gut in the front is not that bad. Im usually a size 30-32 waist and now im a 36. I would post pics, but I would get flamed, I would flame myself if I posted pics.

But aside from that , what do you think about the cycle though?
Ive been working out for 8 years, and the only reason im in the shape I am in now is because Ive been pretty depressed and eating alot of comfort food. Ice cream, Chesseburgers, pizza, pasta, etc...

I am very active competively in alot of different sports, snowboarding, motorcross, Downhill mountainbiking. Im not just some lazy ass that expects to gain without work. I have a strong workout ethic, and I am very competive in everything I do , which is why Im couch bound now with a ruptured spleen.

why not a t3 cycle3 with some test in it?
t3 will eat your fat and test (prop) will help you to gain some muscle or, at least, not to loose what u have now!!!

Honestly, dont burn the candle at both ends. Lose the fat down to a reasonable amount 12-15% and get back in shape, then go all out if you want, but you are jumping the gun if you hop in on a strong cycle. I had mono one time and had a weak spleen, I lost a lot of muscle and you will find that you are very weak when you go back, so ease into it and stay healthy you will reap the rewards in the long run
 
Not going to jump into it right away, I figure, I hit the first month light, getting my form and preparing my body. 2nd Month Ill start going heavier again. And the third month ill hit my cycle.

Im panning to start this cycle , Prolly end of July....

so just try to cut a little bit with some clen & eca 2 on 2 off... it will help u with fat loss and energy for your trainings.... and then, if u do the right job, youll be ready for your cycle---
 
There's no reason for you to get into it that fast.

Why not start with a small cycle like prop+arimidex for 4 weeks and see how it goes?

And what's the point of Eq when you are at 23% BF? Seems like a waste.
 
I have found out just recently that taking 25mg/day of proviron is way better than using nolvadex. It may not be as cheap but it works twice as good for me. If you read up on it you will find that many pros feel that it actually increases the affect of AAS that you are taking. Just look into it if you have nothing better to do.
 
OK I know im fat ive been out of the gym for over 2 months now, recovering from a ruptured spleen, binging on food, because Ive been getting severely depressed from not going to the gym. But go ahead and flame if you wish, this is just temporary for me. Oh and I know I need a tan!

What do you guys think bf% is though? i said 23%-28%, those love handles are disguisting, ehh im going to throw up, I didnt realize how bad they were until my gf took that picture.

I here you bro ... I have been out of the gym for about 1 month now and I am pissed off to no end! I had a few goals to meet, and they are going to be pushed back now. Not to mention that my cycle was going to start 1 month ago now, and now it will probably be pushed back 1 month from now, Not fucking cool. First I injured my lower back doing heavy Stiff Leg deads, and leg presses (didnt warm up lower back enough), that put me out for 2 weeks, now I have been sick as a dog for the past 2 weeks, puking, pissing out my asshole, cough, fphlem the hole bonus package. Again ... NOT COOL! I was in excellent shape before this, and got down to the leanest i had been in a while, and strong as an ox also - right where I wanted to be before starting my cycle. Now, when I finally get back to the gym, I will have to build that strength back up to where it was earlier, before I will allow myself to jump on the cycle. Could take a month or so ... VERY FUCKIN FRUSTRATING! Anyways, there is nothing I can do ... except work though it.

Regarding your cycle idea. This is my take on it. Are you able to train now? If so .. I agree with the others here ... shed a bit of fat before hitting the cycle .. trust me ...you will thank yourself. You have a pretty solid frame, so even if you loose the weight, you are still not going to be "small". Based on your pics, I wouldnt start the cycle until you are at least 215lbs. Which should be easy to do, especially if you said that you had been there before.

I would hit the gym with a solid routine, a solid diet, and incorporate some high intensity AM cardio 3-4 times per week. This is what shed lbs the fastest for me along with a good diet. AM cardio with 2 T-Rex did the trick for me. I would suggest some T-Rex and r-ALA for those "comfort foods" you talk about. I truley think that they are great supps. YOu can cycle it with clen if you wanted to. I would go balls to the wall for 6 WEEKS dieting and training. That would roughly take you up to July 1st. See where you are from there and if you have made some good progress hit your cycle, if not, then diet for another month and start it at the end of July.

Now your cycle (when you get to it), i would keep it simple. Run a flat dose of EQ through, or if you want to up your dosage, do it at the start of the cycle, then lower it, instead of reverse. Assuming that you only the amount, and types of gear mentioned above, and want to run it for that long, I would run it like this.

Wk1-4
Prop: 100mg/eod
EQ: 600mg/wk
Var: 50mg/day

Wk4-8
EQ: 600mg/wk
Var: 50mg/day

wk8-10
Var: 30mg/day

then start PCT. I think that that is a lot of HCG to be running throughout the whole cycle as well, and your LH receptor may actually become desensitized to LH. 500iu e5d is enough of just once a week, or even a 1 wk mid-cycle staunt, but 500iu eod for 11 wks is overkil imo. Too much of a good things can quickly turn into a bad thing. Hope this helps a little. I garantee you would thank yourseld hopping on a cycle when you are much leaner than you are now. I have made that mistake before, and was dissapointed in the results. I personally think that you would look much better at a lower bf without the juice than you would after a 10wk cycle from where you are now. Like BA suggested too, you can rap the benefits of EQ more as well when you are already a bit leaner. You just notice it working more. ANywhoo ...

I would say between 20-25%. I think that a lot of people here under-guestimate their bf. Before I started dieting last, I thought that I was around 12%, and after testing I found out I was 17%. I based my guess by comparing others pics who told what their bf was. After dieting I think I would have been around the 12% mark, where based on other pics I would have thought that I would have been around 9-10%, so its hard to accurately tell without a test. Even then its still unnaccrate, unless you are getting dunked. Dont worry so much about bf%, use the mirror more, and the scale. A good indicator for me was that my weight was dropping, and all my lifts were going up. I think that this was due to the 5x5 regimine I was using which focuses on progressive overload. I used the mirror as a huge indicator as well.
