need advise guys

need some quick advise on what i am doing. first off stats. 6 ft 204 14% bf35 with skinny legs.

goal: add bulk to the legs while adding lean muscle to upper body.

taking. 1.5 cc a week of test cyp. 1.5 50 mg's winny 3 x a week.

started cycle jan 3. just added 25 mg of anavar today 2 a day for 6 weeks.

total cycle will be 12 weeks, with only 8 weeks of winny. i am thinking of extending anavar to 10 weeks and dropping test to .5 cc a week for the two extra weeks i extend the anavar.

any thoughts? so far my results have been great,. my strength is extremely high and now the size is coming on. i am lifting legs and chest twice a week, bc that is where i want most growth,. hitting cardio 4-6 days a week. my diest is clean 6 days with one cheat day. iam about 350grams pf protein a day and vary my calioes a day between 1,800 and 3,000 depending on when i do legs. i would like some feedback now that i am moving in to second month. so far you guys have been great with all the info and i feel strong as hell and starting to look great. its been a while since i have done a cycle and am wondering why i stopped. again guys please give some feedback, as i awant to make the most of this cycle. also with carbs i stop eating at 2 pm. thanks!
 
I would only do each bodypart at most every 5th day and prefer once a week myself. I would train like a powerlifter for legs in that i would start with reps of 8 for a few weeks, then 5's, then 3's on squats for about 3 months all while doing leg presses and hack squats in the 8 rep range for 4 sets each, and of course just once a week to allow for recovery and growth.

If your training right then once a week will be plenty.

Go ass to the floor with squats also. No pain, no gain and this is most true with legs.
 
thanks bro, ass to the floor is what i do. i have also been hitting sprints after legs for 15 minutes, i seem to be resonding well from that. if any young guys outthere train legs like a mutha, bc when your old like me its a lotharder! how about on the juice side of things?

I am curious about the items I highlighted above, not to get too far off topic.

Why winny only 3 days a week?

If you are getting 350gr of protein every day then something isnt jiving with the 1800 cals. Since 350X4cals=1400. Only 400 cals left for fat & carbs. Way too low bro at your weight.

I dont see a problem with weak point training. I do the same thing from time to time with stubborn muscles that are lagging. For example when my calves fell behind I was hitting them eod. I have done the same with almost every other body part. Your recovery ability greatly improves on gear. This something I couldn't do "off".

i am liquid whey protein 42 grams of protein 175 calries and shakes really only 2 or 3 solid meals a day. 3 times a week is what dr prescribed where should i be?

The cals seems low on the 1800cal days thats all bro. But if it is working....

I wont go against the advice against of an MD especially one you are under the care of. So don't change anything unless you talk to him/her. IMO winstrol should be taken ed.
 
how about the low doses of test what do you think. i was thinking of doing the winny every other day. how about extending the anavar to 10 weeks? my diet is hard bc i am trying two things at once. i am going for modest gains and plan on hitting again in june for a light test cyp and anavar cycle. thoughts?
 
I do know guys who have taken winny twice a week and made gains. Ed or eod would be best. But I myself have taken fina...twice a week and done well and thats another drug that should be taken ed or eod according to the internet community. But I know for me its just more convenient to take things eod or just 3 times a week. I dont like all the sticks and noticed no difference with side effects or gains. But that being said, this is just me and not the holy gospel. Just one mans opinion without a degree to back up shit.lol

10 weeks is a little long i would stay with 8 max. has it been done, yes.
 
thanks guys. and why creatine with anavar? also what about the low test of 1 cc and .5 can i do that a little extra time
 
I assume u know the role of ATP during exercise. Var continually pushes ATP into the muscles and creatine increases the amount of ATP.

I just knew it had something to do with phospate and var tapping it while the creatine replenished it, thus helping joints or something like that. Never really payed attention myself until I ran anavar in high doses and my joints were killing me.
