hello all. im from the philippines and have been working out for quite a few years now. an ectomorph that started with bodybuilding workout routines and eventually moved into real training gold with starting strength and eventually moved into 5x5 after stagnating in the ss workout.
i've also worked out using defranco's modified westside for skinny bastards. i am an athlete/fighter that have competed in boxing and muay thai for years. training in bjj now. i would like to think im quite strong for my size, for when i was in my 130lbs, i squatted 315raw for 1rep and 280 for 5 and deadlifted 335lbs at 1rep and 290lbs for 5. my bench needs work though maxing at 205. i am now weighing 153lbs standing at 5'5" with reasonable size but i want to get bigger. im 25 years old btw.
im thinking and planning to take my first cycle. ive done my research (although im sure i could still learn more) im planning to use:
test enanthate at 250mg/week for 10weeks as a base
dbol at 30mg/day for a kickstarter in week 1-4. (will have milk thisle to protect thy liver)
ill be using hcg with clomid for pct although im still havent figured out whether to use small amounts of it while on the cycle at 250iu every 3-5days or use it as my pct. i wanted to try the primordial performance pct but i cant find any place to buy it here in the Pi.
my question now is this: should i still use my 3-4days a week of working out with similar afformentioned workout styles? or should i try to use a somewhat split routine bodybuilding since i cant argue with the results that i see with bodybuilder's size using a split routine.
