Im 18 and on vapor, whey, and mulivitamins.(Just so you know)
Right now i work out chest and tri's, back and bi's, and legs and sholders.
I have been told by a trainer i know that at my age i should be working on bodybuilding so much but more of compound exercises. He says keep doing these things but mix it up more and dont have planned days. Does this sound something you all would reccommend.
