Need Advice

Im 18 and on vapor, whey, and mulivitamins.(Just so you know)

Right now i work out chest and tri's, back and bi's, and legs and sholders.

I have been told by a trainer i know that at my age i should be working on bodybuilding so much but more of compound exercises. He says keep doing these things but mix it up more and dont have planned days. Does this sound something you all would reccommend.

Your workout schedual looks good. You might wanna provide a separate day for your legs, since they're the biggest muscle in the human body! You can add traps to your shoulders day. You can also work out bis / tris on the same day and give chest and back each their separate days if you wanna mix it up a little! Remember, the more you rest, the more you will grow...

You should definately stick to compound exercises, as they will enable you to lift more weights with proper form and they'll help you grow!

However, you should always have planned days...it helps you stay in focus and understand where you are at in terms of improvement, weights and exercises! You might want to consider keeping a workout journal!

For supplements, you might want to check out Amplify02, dermacrine and some other supplements on the forums - they have helped a lot of members with their workout tremendously!
