need advice

I have been on a cycle for about 8 wks now, I have 4 to go. The dr just confirmed that I have the flu. Do I keep taking the test, or will it be wasting it ? I have been so sick I haven't been to a gym on 2 weeks now.
 
You need to increase you water intake, vit c, OTC meds, and alot of rest aka home remedies. And most importanty, keep going to the gym it actually helps. You'll feel unmotivated, so take it easy. IMO, don't stop the cycle, I'm sure you'll be GTG in a few days.

If you havnt trained in 2 weeks..then yes i would stop the cycle and start PCT...no point in taking it if your not going to train.
 
If you have the FLU, then it is not a good idea to train. See, your body is fighting very hard to get rid of the virus. Training would be counterproductive. Also, I would stop the cycle and when you feel better, start training and gear again. Get well soon! :worried:

I've heard different..alot of times.

Hes had the virus for 2 weeks, he is nearing the ending stage...he can begin to get more active.

good god that would suck. I was scared shitless when I partially slipped a disk in my back last week. I thought I was gonna drop weight like crazy. I just made myself keep eatting and luckily I was able to make it through all last week and pretty much maintained my current weight.

Ive made it through this week and was able to get a couple light workouts in, so i think im in the clear now on losing weight... I just need to get back in the gym next week and try and keep goin.

Good luck with whatever you decide man. Droppin that kinda weight, sucks ass. :worried:
