Hi, i'm 21 years old 6'5'', 201 pounds and my body fat is in 11%, i've been weighttraining for about 6 years and i tried dbol at 18. i'm a professional athelete and i want to gain about 10 to 15 pounds of muscle, i wanted to ask if it would be good for me to take roids again and if so what can i take, if not what do u suggest.

P.S. i was 215 but since it was water i lost it all during practice and games.

What sport do you play?
Assuming you need endurance EQ could be a good descision, considering youll some size gains, but your endurance will also improve, This is something alot of atheletes overlook (myself) because with increased muscle mass your cardio needs to be that much better.

At 6'5" and 201 I think you need to do a cycle of food! :Chef: At 21 yrs old you should have plenty of test already. To pick up 15 lbs of muscle you can do it clean over the next year easy. If you just need 15lbs with some fat also you can get that much faster. But if you need it now than what bigcracker or rock86 said.

yeah...i play volleyball professionally, stopped playin basketball 'cuz it was too much cardio for me and i got a extremely fast metabolism. practicing semipro football now.
thanks for all of ur advice.

I'm asking 'cuz i don't know what else to do eating like 7 times a day doesn't do anything on me, i gain strength but not muscle or pounds. i'm gonna have to check my test or somethig...

No offense but what position are you playing in football? Kids in highschool would throw you around @ that size. What exactly are you eating in those 7 meals?

Hey bro if I may say something? Im 6'5" 211 around 8%BF and I played college basketball @ point gaurd position, I also played volleyball so I can relate as far as you frames concerned. #1. keep eating lean protein and if you must eat carbs do it in the morning, you should be eating atleast 1g of protein per pound of your total weight everyday. So you need around 205 g of protein. Get some flax oil to help you with this intake cuz your gonna need it. So intake that protein as well as veggies and spread it thru out the day. This alone will give you a splendor of boost. Pure protein powders in low or no sugar. Your body burns the sugar first if you have little then the more cut up you get. Every workout you should target specific muscle groups. Test will intensify your workouts for longer periods of time, I have enantat qv 250. Maybe try that. You see everyone of us acts differently to stuff. It's kinda like trial and error. Make sure you get your PCT's first. PM me if you need anything else. Ive been reading all these post for 2 weeks str8 and I can tell you who the best guys are. C ya

Bwaaaaaaaaaaaaaa, this is funny. You should probably know the right pronuciation and spelling of the position first, tightend. Strength isnt very important @ the WR position, but it helps if you have the size, awareness, speed, hands and skills. Theres no way you play TE, semi-pro ball. As I said your not even big enough for highschool TE. Most kickers and punters are weigh more than you.

We are talking about football, right?
