Need Advice

How many weeks was your first cycle?? Did you run both compounds throughout?? Personally, I wouldn't exactly call that "conservative". I think test rocks with or without any other gear, and you have enough for 10 weeks at 500mg per.

500mg per week of test for 10 or 12 weeks combined with a good diet and good PCT will give me great results and I'm 41 for chrissakes.

Actually, the only question is whether you've taken enough time off since your last go-round. While most will tell you that time off should = time on, I think the answer is different for everyone. Personally, I've done one moderate (10 to 12 week) and one light (6 to 7 week) cycle per year for about the last two and a half years. That's enough for me.

Thanks for the input everyone, will take the suggested time off...it will give me time to try and find something to stack it with. Any suggestions other than Deca? One thing I did notice was that it made my triceps so damn tight they actually started to hurt.

EQ makes a nice addition to test.

5'10" and 150 you did way too much gear for yer first time. You are a small dude. If you have been stuck at that weight for that long something is wrong with either your diet or routine (or both). My suggestion would be to get those two things in line before you take another rip.

This is not a flame - many, many people make the mistake of taking AAS before they have those things figured out. What happens is they blow up...and...then...they deflate back to their starting weight.

How much did you weigh before the cycle? I'm 5'10 and weigh 225lbs 13% BF. Depending on your answer to the first quest, I'd say do some research to refine the gear choices to achieve your goals for the next cycle OR get your diet and training routine in check before moving forward.

Believe, me, I've tried everything...from bumping up calories to ridiculous levels to lifting heaviest weight possible...the problem is, I have the metabolism of a crack whore. I used to compete in distance running but I had to give it up when my knees went out, at that point I was only 127lbs. Once I stopped, my weight and gains went up significantly, but leveled off about 2 years ago. After my first cycle, I'm up to 165 lbs...

I have worked with numerous people who have made the "super metabolism" claim. I will tell you exactly what I tell them. Keep a food journal of everything that goes into your mouth. You will find that you are not eating nearly as much as you think. People with your problem naturally get that filled up feeling much more quickly than others. While you may feel like you are eating a ton of food you most likely are not eating that much.

As for weight training. Go to the training section. Research the 5x5 routine. If you honestly give that workout a shot for 6 months and stay dilligent about eating and keeping a food journal you will get results.

I can not stress enough the importance of getting these two things in line. If they are not you will lose all of your AAS gains.

Post up what your diet honestly is. There are plenty of guys with a ton of knowledge who want to help you move in the right direction

I will second that. Keep a food journal over the next few days and post it so it can be examined.

you could do a ten week cycle of test at 2cc a week. That should put you between 400-500mgs a week which is plenty especially for someone of your weight. Your first was a little overkill, but to each his own. You should still have decent gains this time around and don't forget your PCT.

Rule #1 NEVER start a cycle unless you have EVERYTHING you need... True, he shouldn't forget his PCT but he should even start the cycle before having all necessary ancillary items in hand...

Planning is just as important as training, eating and sleeping for a cycle...

you went from 150 to 165 on that cycle? i would have thought that you would have gained around 25lbs it being your first cycle and such high dosages.........guess thats why everyone is different when it comes to this stuff
