need advice

hi all, i'm new to this board, and new to bodybuilding. So I have some questions. As i am only 18 i cant take steroids yet, so my options are creatine and, or, protein powders. I am skinny, wieght about 130lbs, looking to gain muscle fast. I dont know what do to ? Go for creatine or protein powders ??? or take them both ?

both... get some phosphagen hp or whatever creatine you prefer.. some protein or weight gainer shakes.. and start eating like there's no tomorrow as well as lifting heavy only doing 6-8 reps/set and 3-4 sets/exercise w/ a max of 3 exercises/bodypart.
 
i had best results with the phosphagen hp taking 1 scopp (5 grams creatine) after i workout and before bed on workout days and once or twice on non workout days.
 
Food is your best friend right now. Creatine and L-Glutamin will help as well but the cals will really pack on the pounds. Go to www.ast-ss.com and sign up for the Max-Ot program. they have a great work out program and a sample mass diet

Good to see that you are being rsponsible. Many just want to jump on the roids right away. You will have great results early if you stick with it. I started lifting 5 years ago, when I was 18, and within 5 months I put on 15 lbs of muscle. The thing was, I didn't know dick about diet, was taking no supplements, and I still had great results.
