Need advice.

After research how does this sound for my 1st stacked cycle - keep in mind I'm a newbie...

400 mg Deca/week
500 mg Sustanon 250/week
30 mg Dianabol/day

202 lbs.. been weight training a total of ten years or more
Will consume 200grams of protein/day
looking to add 10-12 lbs cut mass

The ones that don't involve needles are the ones that are hardest on you body. Keep that in mind. I was scared to death of needles, but go over real fast after I relized it's painless.
To answer you question
dball, anvar, topical fina, winny, clen, there are several more, but they will yeild minimal results used by themnselves.

Since there are so many drug names and I'm not a chemist:
What specifically should I use, how much per dose and how many days?

no...really? for a first cycle...definately do test. 1 needle, once a week for 10 weeks, test enanthate, in the glutes...i can guarantee no pain. thats not that bad is it?

I'm making a recommendation to the uneducated.

Do some research. You gave no training, dieting, age, weight etc...

What are your goals? Gain Mass? Gain Lean Mass? Cut up?

Give us this info and we'll be able to help you more :)

well...lets see...1st cycle...i'd say minimal 250-300mg/week with a max of 500mg/week. some would say that you should jump right into 500mg at the start...thats great and you will definately yield nice gains. i personally believe in start low and see how you're body responds to it. you see...the higher the dose, the higher the possibility of sides. there are people that go way over 1000mg/week. no matter how much you do...ALWAYS plan a proper PCT and ALWAYS keep nolva on hand for possible gyno.
 
I think the rule is if you don't want to use needles, then you shouldn't be doing steroids in the first place. Granted orals would give results, they don't really produce enduring gains and orals are hard on the liver

45 yrs old.
202 lbs.
probably still around 14% body fat
My workout is three days aerobic/week.
Two days/week lifting: Five stations; 5-7 sets; 5-25 reps
Goals: Gain 10 to 12 lbs. of lean cut mass.

Excellent. This sounds very insightful. Whats a PCT and what's gyno ?

PCT=Post Cycle Therapy (see the board by that name under the Platinum boards)
gyno=gynecomastia (growth of breast glands)....

One bit of advice...RESEARCH
 
You only lift two days per week? You definitely need to lift more than that. Whats your diet like? How many calories do you eat a day? How much protein do you consume every day? Those are very important. Steroids arent a miracle drug without excellent diet and training your results will be very minimal. PCT stands for post cycle therapy. Its what you do after a cycle to boost your natural test levels as quickly as possible to make sure you keep your gains.
 
Look up some drug profiles on the internet and the basics of AAS. steroid.com has a lot of info on pretty much everything you need to know. PCT is what you do after a cycle to get your system functioning properly again (AAS disrupts certain body functions such as producing your own tesosterone). For a 1st cycle tesosterone would be good and comes in various forms (test. cypionate, sustanon, test enanthate. etc.) Read about each drug and the effects it has on the body and what correlation it has with the goals you wish to attain. Do some research, then come back to this board and compare your research to other people's experiences and opinions about various compunds. Good luck!
 
yo monkey...take the advise being given you and do the research. if you dont know where to start...then...
1) go to barnes and noble and get some literature. some good books are..."the steroid bible" or "anabolics 2004 or 2005". thats a good place to start.
2) use your search engine. do easy searches like "steroids" or "anabolics" or "testosterone", you'll get a lot of bullshit pharmacies. DONT ORDER FROM THEM! look for informative sites. though even the BS sites have some good info that they have cut and pasted from legit source sites.
3) read past threads here on EF. start doing research and dont ever stop...even veterans learn knew things everyday.

Ya go with some test 250-500 a week. Start working out more days a week. Two wont cut it to get big. Eat, eat, eat. Try finding a guy on here named jenetic he will help you on pct. And reserch on the net. Read the theads on here,this is a good place to start.Thats what i did. The poeple on here know a lot and can help you a lot. This is a great site.
