I know a woman who has the sexiest damn phone voice and yet despite her frequent promises, she never leaves me any voicemail (and yeah I know that she knows that I will promptly jerk off listening to the message over and over and over again). How can I get her to comply with my purient wishes?

Some simply don't like leaving voicemail period. And yes, she may just be teasing you in her refusal to leave one. Maybe if you quit asking her to, she'll realize a joke can only go so far and she'll leave you one. It's worth a shot I guess.
